DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

II am contracted with most Kaiser plans, however I do not work with other insurance companies, however you may still be eligible to receive benefits. Check with your PPO insurance plan to find out if you have out-of-network mental health coverage, what the reimbursement rate is and how many sessions your plan covers. If you have coverage I can provide you a monthly statement to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement directly to you. You may also submit your therapy costs for reimbursement through a medical spending plan you may have set up with your employer.

WHAT IS YOUR FEE AND DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?

My fee for sessions is $170, however my goal is to make my services accessible. Depending on my caseload, I may have sliding scale slots available. Please contact me directly to discuss fee options.

Yes! Please contact me to schedule your free fifteen-minute phone consultation. If you decide that I am a good fit for you and your family, we will then schedule your initial assessment session.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THERAPY?

If you agree to continue services following the assessment session, you can expect to meet once a week for a 50-minute session. If you are needing additional support and my schedule allows, we can meet more frequently. Therapy is a highly individualized process; my goal is for therapy to be a safe place where you feel supported, understood, and valued. Depending on the current challenges you are facing or the needs of your family, treatment can range in length and/or modality. Together we will collaborate to develop a treatment plan that works best for you.
