Welcome to my practice.

Starting something new and choosing a therapist for yourself or for your child can feel like a daunting task. My hope is that we will be able to foster a working relationship grounded in connection and compassion to support you and/or your family in the process of self-exploration, reflection, and growth towards meeting your goals.

After completing my Masters Degree in Social Work at the University of Southern California, I began my journey into therapy at a community children's outpatient clinic, serving children and families from birth to 18 years old.

While there, I cultivated skills working with infants, toddlers, young children and families from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds and life experiences. I have been trained by industry leaders in multiple therapeutic approaches, including Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessng (EMDR). I am Endorsed as an Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist through the California Center for Infant/Family Early Childhood Mental Health. In addition, I am a certified Instructor and Educator of Infant Massage, through the International 

Association of Infant Massage and a Certified Gottman Bringing Baby Home Educator. I also am a Napa Infant-Parent Mental Health Fellow through UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education.  

 

My clinical experience includes: children and families experiencing foster placement, children diagnosed with a developmental delay, and children struggling with social, emotional, or behavioral challenges. I also have experience working with pregnant people, parents affected by post-partum depression, and families moving through transitions such as divorce, separation, relocation, grieving, and birth of another child.
